What is an Au Pair?
Imagine having an extra pair of hands to help around the house. Someone to help with preparing food, tidying, cleaning and looking after the kids, babysitting on the odd evening.
Au Pair
Au Pair is French for ‘on par’. An Au Pair is a young person, aged 18-30 years old, from a foreign country working for, and living as part of a host family, to learn their language and culture. The Au Pair provides 30hours or more of childcare as well as light housework in exchange for a private room and 3 meals a day, 7 days a week and a “pocket money” allowance. Starting from $240pw

Demi Pair
The same as an Au Pair except they do 18 hours per week in exchange for a room and 3 meals a day, 7 days a week. Our Demi pairs may study English online or do part-time work.
Demi Pair Plus
We also offer 25hpw Demi Pair for those needing a little extra help.

Japanese Culture
Japanese culture is renowned for its emphasis on respect and conservatism, values deeply ingrained in its societal fabric. This respect manifests in various aspects of daily life, from the meticulous care taken in interpersonal communications to the observance of traditional customs and ceremonies. Politeness is not just a social lubricant but a way of life, where even the smallest gestures, like the bow, carry significant weight in expressing gratitude, apology, or greeting. With such politeness and respect, it helps to create harmony within the home rather than adding to the chaos that some of us may be facing in our daily lives.
